Greater than one weekI used the desiccant to preserve a few cartridges which had primers until I needed to reload them. Nothing like a scientific test but Id bet it did the trick. Don

Greater than one weekUse these for my liquor cabinet and gun safe. Seem to be heavy duty and good quality. Better than the cheaper disposable ones

> 3 dayI got into 3d Printing and the idea of rechargeable desiccant seemed great. I have a digital hygrometer that reads 10% constantly inside the seal container I put my filament in. This container is decent size. It can fit 3 -4 spools in it. I would say its worth it

> 3 dayBought one of these to try out - this one stays in my onion drawer, and picked up a couple more so I could set up a dry storage for 3D printing filament. My onions are happier (as long as I remember to recharge - the drawer gets humid fast, especially in the summer) — and my 3D printing has been going really well since I set up the dry box with the desiccant pack. Easy to spot the blue box through a semi-transparent plastic bin, so I know when I need to recharge. Just keep in mind that the pack is hot after you microwave it - just give it a few minutes to get back to room temperature before storing again.

Greater than one weekDesiccants are long-term drying solutions. Weve used other (no longer available) ones in local home storage and for international shipping of our clothing and goods. So, how do you test a new desiccant for long-term storage? Placing a soaked sponge in a large sealed plastic container, with both a local and a remote-reading hygrometer, after 24 hours the humidity level was almost 100%. Placing one packet DryTote in the container for another 24 hours, the humidity dropped to the 63% ambient humidity. Checking it, the sponge had been sucked almost dry. After this controlled, 48 hour test, I can confidently recommend this as a working desiccant. How many months and years it will work in our boxes and luggage remains to be seen, but with periodic recharging, these may be better than the ones that they replaced.

> 3 dayHave had this now for about 6 months. Would definitely purchase again. The desiccant is within a more durable pouch than what I’ve seen. Much better than the paper product. Would highly recommend

Greater than one weekGreat product. Easy to use, easy to recharge, cloth materials, these are way better than all the highly rated Amazon ones they are trying to push. Honestly I think these are higher rates than all the others, but the highly rated ones are just paying Amazon more money to get the Amazons choice and they dont even work or recharge... Well these ones do work.
