I was worried that this embroidery floss wasnt going to be as good as DMC quality but I was pleasantly surprised. The thread seems to be a good quality and was surprisingly soft with a slight shine. Considering the price, I am highly impressed. If youre doing a project where you need multiple threads skeins of the the same color than this purchase isnt for you. If you are looking to experiment with different colors and just need one skein of each hue; then, this is definitely a good buy!

The designs are exactly what I was looking for as a beginner wanting to learn and practice basic stitches. I didnt give it 5 stars because the directions for the stitches are in very small print and its hard for me to read them. But the kit is complete with everything needed and there appears to be more than enough thread. Ill be buying from them again.

There is a good variety of colors, but i bought this particular product because it included needles as well. The needles are NOT embroidery needles. They are regular thread needles and useless with this product. Ill be returning.
