> 24 hourBought these for an Aruba 1930 Poe 8 port switch. My 10gb transceivers wouldn’t work in the sfp port, these did the trick.

> 24 hourI bought two 1Gb SFP+ one works the other does not detect link. Changed cables etc, no luck, Asked for a refund/return but since is international order is more expemsive to return than the price for a quality one. Will not buy this brand again.

> 24 hourI purchased 2 of these and put it in to two of my machines on my network that was close together. Transfer rate for files from machine to machine is now astonishingly fast. What used to take hours now takes minutes. Great product for the price. The best part of it all is that you dont have to deal with fiber.

> 24 hourUsed it for a Mikrotik RB3011 router as well as a MC220L media converter (https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Ethernet-Converter-Supporting-MC220L/dp/B003CFATL0). Had in operation about a month now, no complaints so far. Runs at about 35 degrees celsius in my router.

> 24 hourThese SFPs will not autonegotiate. I have to disable negotiation which limits me to 100Mbps with some of my devices. Mikrotik switch.

> 24 hourWorks beautifully. I have one connected to the SFP port of my switch and the other end to a Aquantia TB3 10GbE adapter. I get proper 10G speeds - and over Cat 5e (just remember that the cable runs should be 30m or less) And it is also capable of NBase-T. On a CableMatters 2.5 GbE USB-C adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0844WPD3W/), it will automatically negotiate to 2.5 GbE.

> 24 hourI purchased this item to use in my UniFi Dream Machine Pro. I inserted the ipoplex SFP+ into the WAN SFP+ slot in the UniFi Dream Machine Pro. The white link light illuminated and the UDM Pro allowed all my devices to connect to the internet. Everything seemed to work until I performed several speed test using different speed test sites. My Verizon Fios 1Gbps connection performed well when downloading but the upload speeds averaged between 5-10Mbps. I tried to manually set the speed on the SFP+ port to 1Gbps but that didn’t resolve the issue. I shutdown then turned on the UDM pro while the SFP+ was still connected but that didn’t resolve the poor upload speeds. I changed the WAN SFP+ port to autonegotiation then I shutdown the UDM Pro, turned on the UDM Pro, conducted speed test and the upload speeds were still averaging 5-12Mbps. I switched back to the 1Gbps WAN port, conducted speed test and my upload speeds were excellent (900Mbps - 922Mbps). I decided to purchase a SFP+ from Ubiquiti to see if the upload speeds on SFP+ WAN port on the UDM Pro will perform as expected. I initiated the return process for the Ipoplex but for now I’ll hold onto the Ipoplex in case the actual issue is the SFP+ WAN port on the UDM Pro. I’ll try the Ubiquiti SFP+ when it arrives. If the upload speed doesn’t improve I’ll know something is wrong with the SFP+ WAN port and not the Ipoplex or Ubiquiti SFP+ transceivers. Until then I have to give this product 1 star but I may have to upgrade it if the SFP+ WAN port is the culprit. The Ubiquiti SFP+ arrived and its working well. My FiOS 1Gb ISP connection download and upload speeds are as expected. Average download speed is 850Mbps and average upload speed is 900Mbps. The Ipoplex SFP+ have been returned. I will only use Ubiquiti SFP+ in my UDM Pro and US-16-XG.

> 24 hourDespite the description saying these are compatible with Ubiquiti UniFi, they are not. Link negotiates to 10gb but does not pass traffic. Swapped this out for a Unifi branded 10gig copper SFP, and it worked immediately.
