Greater than one weekOrdered the 1.25/2.5/5/10GBase-T: 30m variant. Works in my Aruba S2500-24P switch, and negotiates 10gb/s when connected to my desktop PC that also has a 10gb/s network port. Also works in my Intel X520-SR2, after enabling unsupported SFP+ devices. Tested with Truenas Core (FreeBSD), while connected to a 1gb/s RJ45 port of the previously mentioned Aruba S2500. Yes, this particular SFP+ module negotiated down to 1000base-t (1gb/s), and seemed to function fine. The point of this test for me, is that it means I can use an Intel X520 card in my opnsense (freebsd) router, with this SFP+ module to connect to my ISPs Gigapoint 803G ONT (1gb/s RJ-45 port), and a 2nd fiber SFP+ module to feed my aruba switch / LAN.

> 3 dayVery good SFP+ 10gig to RJ-45 plug. It works well in my 10g router and works well with my CAT6 cables. The only real complaint I have is the plug runs a tad hot in the switch; otherwise, seems to work great!

Greater than one weekDespite the description saying these are compatible with Ubiquiti UniFi, they are not. Link negotiates to 10gb but does not pass traffic. Swapped this out for a Unifi branded 10gig copper SFP, and it worked immediately.

> 3 dayBeen running these SFPs between two microtik switches with 10G connections between them. These SFPs will connect right up, but after a while they start flopping, going up and down. I bought 4 originally, and had two replaced thinking a couple I got were bad, but low and behold they ended up failing as well. I would choose a different brand, at least for the RJ45 SFPs. However, your mileage may vary.
