Greater than one weekNeeded a SPF+ for our Cisco switches that can do 10G but didnt want to pay Ciscos outstanding price. The ipolex 10Gb/s SFP+ works great. Saved a bunch of money. I ordered 4 of these.

> 3 dayCisco 10GBase-T SFP+. Product does not work with Cisco 3850-24XS-S, never established a link. Buyer beware this is the same company as 10Gtek.

> 3 dayBought this as a much less expensive (by 40%) alternative to the highly rated 10Gtek SFP+ to RJ45 10GBase-T adapter. Its been working just fine in the SFP+ port of a D-Link DGS-1510-28X to provide the 10G link to a ReadyNAS 626. Throughput is as good as Im able to test with mostly 1G equipment. Heat generation doesnt seem to be an issue so far, although it is definitely warm to the touch. Packaging is fairly plain, but Id rather pay less than get a fancy box to throw away.

> 3 dayThis item works fine and performs well. Only complaint are that it tends to run a bit hot (although somewhat normal for 10GbE over Cat6/7) and doesnt report the manufacturer/temperature/serial number properly to my Mikrotik switch.

> 3 dayI was setting up 10GB at home and was having to purchase several different SFPs for the switches I have. I was able quick cable everything regardless of the hardware manufacturer.
