I loved this product. It really helped with my elephants foot problems! That and turning down my heat settings but you get the idea

The long dovetail section has a little looser of a fit, and there is a tiny amount of backlash in these. Cant tell how much. The more important issue is the nut hole on the Ender 3 mounting plate is not aligned on the x -axis (with my linear rail setup). Im getting the mounting holes slots and will open thhe nut hole for more clearance. Will update review if I need to use

At first install there was nothing but problems on my ender 3 pro. This thing locked it up right and the stepper just stuttered. This part is just one of a few needed to improve the ender 3 pro, you should probably do a whole set of things at once. To get it to all work out. 1 you need to space and measure the lead screw along the vertical rail. 2 the coupler used is junk for alignment issues, get one of the spiral cut ones. 3 use a Z stepper shield to keep junk out of the z steppers bearing well AND to space the coupler. Drop the coupler right down on the spacer. 4 use a ball bearing between the lead screw and the stepper shaft. Once I did all this my z moves freely and more accurately now. Search thingiverse Basstronics for my parts noted above.

This fixed some layer issues at high speeds, but the spring is too strong. After carefully installing it I realized it was difficult to twist the lead screw by hand. After a few prints the grease on the lead screw had been scrapped off (along with some metal, the grease was blacked). I replaced the spring with a softer spring same size and now its printing perfect with no lead screw damage.

Attempted to use these with some Oldham couplings on my Ender 3 Pro but had to use the original factory z screw nuts instead since the bolt hole pattern was too wide on these. Unfortunately cant return now as past the date. 1 star as description states it works with Ender 3 Pro.

I ordered two of these for an Ender 3 V2 rebuild. Very much two different sizes. I got the smaller one to work by enlarging screw holes and it functions but its clearly the wrong size. The larger one was perfect. If youre ordering these, you probably assume you have some z wobble due to the lead screws. These will help tremendously and watching how much they deviate gives you an idea of how bad the issue was.

Just awful, bought these with the Oldham Couplers and they dont even fit those let alone my ender 3 pro. Crazy expense piece of garbage.

Like many have mentioned, the thread tolerance is incorrect (smaller) and causes a lot of binding and noise. This is the one “upgrade” that’s really a downgrade. I removed them, and everything is nice a smooth again.
