20 Box Fan, 3 Settings, Max Cooling Technology, Carry Handle, White (G20BOX-WHT)

At maximum speed, the fan is fairly noisy, but it really moves the air. Im not talking jet engine noisy, about as noisy as you would expect a fan to be - becomes background noise pretty quickly. Upon unpacking, I was a little annoyed that its not equipped with a carrying handle. But this thing is so light, you can easily pick it and carry it with one hand.

We use this box fan as a sound machine for our baby’s room. Way better than other sound machines we have tried. I am committed to this brand!

Works fine, but is very noisy. I suspect that is due to the small blades.

So the fan is okay, nothing about it particularly impressed me or upset me, but the main reason Im giving this 5 stars is the great customer service. I had only turned it on a few times over the two or so months I had it, and for some reason one day when I went to turn it on it wouldnt work. I thought it was that little fuse in the plug (which is a nice touch, I think) so I replaced it and it still didnt work. Then I thought, maybe there is warranty so I contacted their customer service. They said they would like to send me another so I was like sure, why not. Well, just the other day I received TWO, which is pretty awesome. I dont know if it is a mistake or not though I should probably reach out and check..but anyways Im impressed with their customer service and am glad I didnt buy an even cheaper one. The season just changed so I probably wont have a chance to test it until at least the spring Im thinking, but if something goes wrong it is good that you can count on them making things right!

Noise level is not loud. It mentions it is loud.

Very loud, but powerful fan. We use it to help us sleep and I almost think it’s too loud, just being on the first setting. It’s very hard to hear anything other than the fan when you’re in the same room. The description also says it’s a white fan and mine is definitely black.

This fan puts out a lot of air and is still very quiet when its running. We love it!

I was nervous to get this. I been needing a new fan because my old one sounded like it was dying. Im very picky about what I can fall asleep too and I need to be able to make the fan loud if there are noises outside. This checked all those boxes flawlessly. The rhythm is good and I can make it very loud or very quiet. The reason I was nervous though is because it looks so cheaply made. Like flimsy plastic. Most products now are built this way and marketed as lightweight. But I looked around and I couldnt find anything better made without hitting a garage sale or shopping on ebay for something used. The price was good and I pulled the trigger. Im happy with it. Itll at least last me a year or two.

The fan works well. The edges are more squared off than some other fans and with the controls on the front; it means you can put this into openings that other fans wouldnt be able to go, because of their silly decor designs. As many others have pointed out however, this fan is LOUD! While the highest speed is maybe only a little louder than other fans Ive had in the past. The lowest setting is not much quieter than its high. Compared to other fans at low speed, this thing is extremely annoying in a quiet room. So make note of that. If you are looking for a quiet fan, this is certainly not it.

I got this specifically b cause it had the lowest sound scores to block out the sound of my roommates snoring and was not let down. Very loud on high but very quiet on low and medium.
