I ordered these for spring cleaning. I have used the Mr. Clean ones with good results but the Mr. Clean ones always tear apart with moderate use. I ordered these thinking having 20 would offset the durability issues but these are much more durable than the Mr. Clean ones. The only problem is, they are not cleaning as well. We have a classic cast iron tub in one of our bathrooms and it is a pain to clean. The Mr. Clean eraser sponges do a good job on it but I use 2-3 of them just on that tub. These STK ones are not cleaning that tub at all. I ended up just using a cloth and a cleaner with a lot of elbow grease. These do work very well on walls and sinks. And as mentioned, they seem to be twice or three times more durable than the Mr. Clean ones. A good buy overall.

These work great on soap scum in the shower, limescale around faucets, hardened toothpaste in the bathroom sink, etc. And theyre much cheaper than the name brand. They seem like they start coming apart really fast, though - I can easily use one per sink if the mess is bad. Even so, I would buy these again.

It is definitely worth it. I was skeptical at first bc the first thing everyone goes to is Mr clean but let me tell you I was not disappointed at all in fact I tried both products on same wall and this product did better!! Its not a gimmick. It really Works!!!

Work just as well as the name brand. Only thing is that they are a little stiff, no flexibility to the sponges. However, they are easily cut down using a straight blade or even a knife. Making my own sheets is fairly easy!

Ill keep getting these things, because nothing else works like it. Heres how to use it: Get some water on it, but dont soak it. Rub firmly on glass, chrome, whitewall tires, Formica countertops, tub and tile, stovetop, toaster oven surfaces, refrigerator, sink, woodwork, door frames, doors. It does not absorb or soak up anything, so follow with paper towel, especially for glass and chrome. What it does is remove greasy residue and stuff that normal cleaners dont. Great for smudges in a tub, and the invisible residue on countertops. I got a used toaster oven in like new shape in minutes. Those dark smudges around doorknobs and on door frames wipe away easily. These things are essential. When it starts feeling like a soft sponge, its done. It works best when its fresh, stiff and starchy feeling, but you can reuse it a couple of times. It will fall apart pretty easily. Still worth it. Tip - slice the big block lengthwise with a chef knife to make two thinner pads, for more surface area and uses.

I was surfing car detailing sites when I ran across these . First thing I learned was to soak them in water before you use them or they basically just crumble! The amazing thing about these are we have a plastic or fiberglass shower that has over the years just got dingier and dingier on the floor. All the lime away products and straight bleach could not get this floor clean! Two of these little sponges and a half hour later and the floor was like new! My wife and I were both amazed to say the least. I almost gave them out as Christmas presents but to appreciate these little things you have to have that impossible spot to clean and most of my friends have newer homes. Short story,these are certainly worth having on a shelf waiting. PS they worked great on my door panels of my tan colored Ford Expedition

You can really grip these sponges and they clean really well. They do very well on my glass top stove and they clean messy pans easily.

Thought these would work like Mr. Clean magic erasers but they do not compare. They are so, so.

I waited until Id used half the pack to make a decision on these. Ive never used the name brand Magic Erasers, so I cant compare to those. These are incredible for cleaning oil-based messes, such as in the kitchen. These tore through the greasy film on my stovetop and oven so well. These provide a level of clean that I normally feel that I can only get from scrubbing something with baking soda. Theyre transformative on plastic-based materials--the handle on my fridge and oven have never felt cleaner! These are amazing for getting the oil-based grime that accumulates in places that we touch a lot. For example, I thought my cabinets were clean. I give them a little wipe down with a washcloth about once a week, for reference. But the levels of grime I was able to scrub off my laminate cabinets uses these sponges was shocking. I clean them regularly! But these are great for deep down cleaning and getting that base layer of oily mess that can accumulate in the kitchen. Cons: They definitely disintegrate as you use them, and depending on what youre cleaning, you might be making a mess as youre trying to clean one up. When I used these for cleaning my oven hood (worked SO WELL), I put a towel on my stove top, to catch the balled up pieces of sponge that roll off. But I find it less mess than trying to use baking soda, especially on vertical surfaces. Id definitely buy these again. Im down to half a pack, but my house feels so deep down clean now that I dont know how quickly Ill be going through the second half! :)

I thought these would be a great purchase. I am disappointed at effectiveness. I used to buy the Mr. Clean version and they removed dings from pots on my porcelain sink. These sponges do not. I wont but again.
