> 24 hourThe overall quality is good, color exceptional, but the inadequate sensitivity when using a stylus or your finger to use the tablet is sometimes maddening. It hesitates, at times, such that I sometimes have to tap the screen several times to get any response. A major upgrade is necessary to fix this annoying issue. Apparently, this is also a tablet that Samsung has no plans to upgrade to Android 11 and also annoying. Although Ive had multiple Samsung devices, their quality is slipping on some devices making me wonder if Ill want to upgrade to any new Samsung Tablets or phones.

> 24 hourI got this tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks. Suddenly it decided not to charge anymore. It was within my allowed return window - so I exchanged it. My 2nd one stopped working even quicker. I cant think of anything I did to cause the problem... I got 2 duds.

Honestly its a good tablet, but the only issue I have is that it is a little slow to open apps, lock or unlock. Simple and minor but thats the only issue I ha e with this product. And only 4 out of 5 stars is because nothing in this world is perfect
