21-04-2025I originally got this because my brother recommended it to me for the wifi at our fathers house. I ended up using it at my house and I fell in love. I am actually planning on buying another one to have at my dads since I also need to extend the wifi there as well. The reason that I gave it a 4 out of 5 is the fact that it does get a little slow and wonky sometimes. But it is extremely easy to set up and it does exactly what it says it does.

> 3 dayI hate when I have to deal with things like routers, etc. Things never go as planned. And neither did this. You are supposed to see the TP network so you can install the extender. Of course, the TP network did not show up. So, I called tech support who told me what to do (hold in the reset button with a paperclip for 10 seconds) and it was smooth sailing from then on. I love my extender.

> 3 dayMy dual-band router had always been able to reach through all 3 floors of my house, but I recently bought some WiFi enabled outlets and they seem to have found some deadzones in my house. This has excellent range - I can connect to my car parked across the street, about 50ft away through a wall. It was easy to set up and does what it needs to.Ive been using this product for about 3 months.

Greater than one weekfor some reason if I had even a regular plug in the outlet, the extender couldnt get a good signal from the router. I figured out the best location and then moved the other cords to different outlets.Everything seems good to go now.

It was frustrating at times.Unpacked this gadget, plug it in and had it set up in absolutely no time flat, moved it to the intended outlet, allowed it to power up and then connected. Reminder:
- The working status of the repeater can refer to its smart indicator light.
- WiFi signal booster is only limited to increase the coverage of the wireless signal, but not to increase the speed of the network.
- When the repeater expands the signal, it does not need to plug in the network cable. It can receive the signal of the router directly by plugging it into the socket, and transmit the wireless signal.
- When the repeater is unplugged or powered off after the setting is completed, it does not need to be reset. The original configuration information has been saved, unless you manually restore the factory state.
