> 3 dayIve been using the controllers to beat Donkey Kong for the SNES on an emulator and the controllers are perfect! My girlfriend and I have used them 3 times so far and seem to be extremely responsive especially the Dpad. The buttons are firm as the controller is new but they have a great feel to them and are responsive. Only issue we have is that the cables are pretty short but theyre true to the SNES thats for sure! would recommend to any friend but pick up usb extenders if you plan to use them for couch gaming instead of a desk setup!!! Plus if any issues occur they do offer money back / replacement options!!!

> 3 dayI couldnt get this to work with the Overdrive driver for Mac, but did some more research and got it working with the Enjoy2 driver, which you can find on GitHub. Once I opened Enjoy2, hit start in the program, then I got it working with OpenEmu.

> 3 dayI did not grow up owning a SNES, so I have less frame of reference than someone who may have played countless hours on an official controller; that being said, I cant tell the difference from what I remember on official hardware and these controllers. They may not be the highest quality, but for the price, they are exactly what I needed, and work perfectly with my Raspberry Pi. I did end up with one controller that had some minor defects in the plastic, but I contacted Kiwitata and they immediately sent me a replacement. I am absolutely thrilled with the customer support for this product!

> 3 dayWas expecting much more hollowness, which Ive gotten out of these kinds of PC controllers, but theyre much more weighty and sturdy than expected, which was really nice. Buttons had a nice click and depth, and it was easy to program the inputs. Great stuff.

> 3 dayThe 2 pack for the most part wasn’t bad They’re similar to a standard SNES controller, but feel a bit less solid. I bought them to use with my emulators I play at work with friends. I gave it 3 stars merely because 4 days later one of the controllers stopped working. The button actions are oddly all over & found that my Xbox pc controller maps automatically correct when plugged in. Whether they are worth it or not is up to how lucky the buyer gets with the quality of the ones that arrive.

> 3 dayI was surprised to learn these actually were plug n play, as advertised! I plugged them in and retroarch immediately recognized them and I was able to play SNES games without problem!

Greater than one weekSo far so good! I plugged them in just minutes after they arrived, absolutely no issues with Nestopia and SNES9X. They feel so much better (authentic) compared to my Xbox One controller that I was using before. Excellent response, no input lag, my muscle memory on Super Mario Brothers was still there! We’ll see how they hold up over time, but even if you have to replace them every 6 months, $13 for two controllers is a steal.

> 3 dayUpdate as of 4-7-17: I had severe issues with the original 4 controllers, however Kiwitata contacted me and was willing to not only refund me, but send me 4 more controllers for the hassle. The new controllers are definitely better, but still a bit touchy. Thanks for the customer support. These guys stand behind their product, so give them a shot. --------------------------------------------- Original review: I did not have high hopes for these controllers, but was surprised at just how terrible my experience has been. I purchased two sets of two, so four controllers showed up today total. Now, this isnt my first rodeo with 3rd party controllers, so I expected stiff controls at first, but these are bad. Heres what Im experiencing with each controller (by the way 4 of 4 controllers have an issue: 1st Controller: Right on the D-Pad requires The Hulk to press it before its recognized, and when it does eventually break your thumb and work, it also causes you to move up. 2nd Controller: The Hulk better call She Hulk- The Start Button takes a lot of pressing to get it to function. 3rd Controller: Everything kind of works when it wants to.... thats not helpful. 4th controller: I just gave up at this point. One of the buttons didnt work. Oh, by the way, ALL of the control responses were super sluggish too. Im afraid these just arent going to cut it. These just arent worth the time or money. I will be returning these. Bummer too; they gain one star for being super lightweight and arriving on time. Thats something I guess.
