Bought Jan 2023 and installed. First trip out in May 2023 and part leaked. See photo for cracks. No answer from seller for the life time guarantee as advertised on site. Follow up…ETN products contacted us and replaced the part shorty after this post. Very professional and quality service. Thank you!

Perfect replacement for half the price of brand. So far, so good. Supposed to be freeze proof. Seems better made than the original.

Would give the valve a 1 and customer service a 5. New valve leaked in same place as old one, however customer service took care of me.

I had to replace a leaking RV commode part. Received in ONE day. Very easy fix, 15 min tops! Came with Instructions but I had watched a video on how to install it.. But very easy installation, even for a girl!
