Would give the valve a 1 and customer service a 5. New valve leaked in same place as old one, however customer service took care of me.

Direct replacement. Came with the toilet flange seal.

Replaced origional Thetford valve which leaked. This valve fits and works perfectly and was very easy to install

Well see how well this valve lasts, but the OEM unit was barely used when it started leaking. Not worth the time and hassle of warranty replacement when you need it NOW.

I had to return it because it didn’t fit my toilet. I had to buy a whole new toilet because the parts are not available for the model I have.

Installed it and the next day it already started leaking out the top.

It fixed my problem, a water leak.

Had a water leak in my toilet in my RV. I replaced the valve, Hardest part of the job was getting to the fixture behind the toilet with a wrench. Only complaint that I had (reason for only 4 stars) they need to ship in a different size box, the seal gets squashed in the box and isnt round when it comes out of box. Had to re-shape.

So far so good!
