Well made kit, easy instructions, works!

Had a leak on our Thetford foot flush toilet. Of course, went to YouTube and found a video for it. This fits multiple different toilets from Thetford. Your model number should be on the back left hand side when viewing toilet from above. Parts are plastic so take your time. Best to look up leaking Thetford toilet on YouTube. The guy explains it very well.

Hope I don’t need to use the lifetime warranty, but this fits and it is made in USA. Great!

arrived early & was easy to install

Would give the valve a 1 and customer service a 5. New valve leaked in same place as old one, however customer service took care of me.

The original valve on our RV toilet started leaking soon after warranty ran out. This one fit perfectly and works without leaks. Cannot say how long it will last but it did fit the application.
