> 3 daySeemed like a good deal, however these drives would not maintain the files I stored on them -- that is, adding test folders to the drive, ejecting the drive, and then remounting the drive, resulted in the test folders not being on the drive. Whats more, when I tried to reformat the drive to ExFat (using Disc Utility on my Mac), the drive seemed to take that fine -- but again, when ejected and then reinserted, the drive was back to its former state. No folders, and not even reformatted. I tried the same thing with another brand of flash drive (Microcenter), and the test worked fine, so I know its not my computer. Too bad. Will be returning these.

Greater than one weekAt first these are easy to use to copy over files and photos etc and all seems fine. After the flash drive sits for, maybe a week, a month, in a normal place for a flash drive...when you plug it into the computer it is corrupted and asks that you format it...thereby erasing all info. I will never purchase these again or anything form this manufacturer. At first I though it one or two but so far this has happened with 7 out of 10 (2 of which are still packaged and will be thrown out unused).

> 3 dayThe product arrived in a waterproof package but inside the package it was filled with water which permeated to the drives. So far the drives appear to be OK but I am not sure that they’re fully dry yet.

> 3 dayIve used several from this pack so far and have been quite pleased. They are convenient for copying PC utilities and taking to client sites. Its always handy to have some spares on hand since I dont always label what Ive copied to the thumb drive (Im getting better!) so I just grab a fresh one from the box and use it. I figured as inexpensive as these were there would be a dud or two in the box but havent found a bad one yet!

> 3 dayI bought these to send a few GB of pictures to relatives for ancestry purposes. When I plugged in the first one to my Mac, the light came on the back of the USB drive and I started the copy process. Before any files made it on, my Mac locked up and then rebooted. After booting up again, with the crazy complicated error window description, I initiated the copy process again and it worked fine. Some of the other open windows/apps at the time completely lost work in progress, though. The EXACT same thing happened on the second one. I was smart enough to close all my other work prior to the copying process. The 3rd one copied about 3X as long to copy, but did not hang and reboot. The 4th copied blazing fast, relatively - kinda what I expected to begin with. The 5th was crazy SLOW, taking about 15 min for 2GB, where the regular ones took about 5 min, and the one that took about 1 min. I have plugged each one back in and the files are all present and will open, so Im hoping they work after mailing to family. I will probably never buy an off brand again, and would definitley not use these for any kind of archiving.

> 3 daythe cost savings are in the speed. if you plan to transfer a 2gb video to the drive, set aside at least an hour.
