> 24 hourThere is a good-sized cement cracking on my garage floor. The cracking is at the path where the car goes in and out daily. I tried before with some sort of cement patch. But the cement patch itself got cracked again as it could not sustain the daily traffic stress from the car. I bumped into this patching duck tape for outdoor use purposes. Out of curiosity, I want to try it to see if it could cover the cracking part. To my surprise, this duck tape is sticky and tough to wear. It stays in place firmly. And the soft nature allows it to take the pressure from the car tire running by. Its been there for about three weeks now—no sign of giving up. I am happy.

> 24 hourI have a 1995 Nissan Maxima that runs great, but slightly leaks from the sunroof. The sunroof has been inoperable for years now, and I have no intention of fixing it. I did however want to waterproof that leak, and decided to give this tape a try. After cleaning the surface very well, I cut the tape to size, and tried to do my best to plug the gap. I taped the circumference of the sunroof, and applied a little bit of heat with a heat gun, just to help the butyl activate, and adhere better. The tape is excellent quality, and the adhesion is extremely strong. I put a test strip over a small gap on my work bench, because I wanted to see how well it would close that gap. When I removed the tape I could see by the imprint, that it does an excellent job of filling the gap, therefore waterproofing it. Its also worth mentioning, the adhesion that I experienced, was very strong, when I tried to peel it off of my work table. I have the utmost confidence that this tape is excellent quality, and will do the job for many years to come. I thought it worth mentioning as well, from the picture in the listing, the blue of the tape looked pretty bright, but in reality, it is a darker tone that is more understated. All in all, its an excellent quality leak repair tape, and I would certainly recommend it.

> 24 hourI’m refurbishing my older powerboat and got this very sticky, strong, weatherproof butyl tape. I’ve used it to seal a few internal seams, and might even use it in a couple of places on the outside of the boat. As it happens, it is exactly the color of some of the blue paint scheme on the gelcoat. Excellent sealing ability!

> 24 hourI used this tape to secure the plastic roof on my back porch and prevent it from flapping in the wind. The adhesive is extremely sticky and provides a strong hold. However, one downside is that its not easy to peel off the backing, which can be a bit inconvenient when applying the tape.

> 24 hourI cracked up at the huge size of this roll of tape when I opened my box. My kids could barely lift the roll. This will be perfect for an art installation Im doing in my garden since its water and weather proof! Im wrapping the blue tape around some old metal satellite polls that are sticking out of the ground and putting wooden flowers on the top. Its cheaper, quicker and more durable then paint for the windy elements that we live in. Oh yah, well also be using it for its intended purpose on an area of our garage that water keeps getting into. Stick tape!
