We used this to secure a banner for my sons graduation. It held for a long time, even with moisture in the air. On the flip side, a piece of the tape stuck to one of the letters on the banner and we had a hard time pulling it off. It took the letter off and part of the color. Great tape.

So this thing showed up - and the box felt like in contained a dying sun! HEAVY does not even begin to describe the weight of a complete roll of this stuff!

This tape is much more heavy-duty than I have ever used. Its also very sticky. I believe it will work OK for certain uses.

This tape is fantastic - sticky, wide, and waterproofing. Too bad I didnt have it two weeks ago when the PODS container I rented let rain in all around the edges where the sealant has dissolved, leaving the wood floor (and some of my boxes) wet all around the container edges. Happy to have this in the tool kit for the next time its needed. Definitely dont stick it anywhere youd want to remove it, that would not be easy and youd lose/mess up the surface material it was adhered to most likely.

We had a leak on the roof of a paddock. Rather than replace the old acrylic sheets, we just applied about a foot of tape. Problem solved. I cant say I watched it rain and nothing came through. But after a storm, there was no evidence of the leak anymore. I call that success. We had a second rain storm blew through this week and the tape is still working.

There is a good-sized cement cracking on my garage floor. The cracking is at the path where the car goes in and out daily. I tried before with some sort of cement patch. But the cement patch itself got cracked again as it could not sustain the daily traffic stress from the car. I bumped into this patching duck tape for outdoor use purposes. Out of curiosity, I want to try it to see if it could cover the cracking part. To my surprise, this duck tape is sticky and tough to wear. It stays in place firmly. And the soft nature allows it to take the pressure from the car tire running by. Its been there for about three weeks now—no sign of giving up. I am happy.

This tape worked wonders when I installed my vinyl click floor in my older double wide house. I applied it over the sub-flooring seams and nail heads so they wouldnt interfere with the new flooring. The tapes thicknes and adhesion smoothed out the imperfections. I also pulled out the ductwork covers, put thin sheet metal over the holes and put the seal tape around the slightly rough edges to protect the vinyl planks from being punctured. With it being waterproof was just another plus for protection. The quality is amazing.

This butyl tape worked excellent for my slide out repair on my travel trailer. I was looking for butyl tape and color did not matter as it would be applied under the trim. I came across this tape and it fit my needs and ended up working exactly how I needed it to. Comparable quality to big name brands for sure!

Handy size (2 wide) easy to use. I dont consider this a permanent fix for most things; but, a fantastic quick fix until later. How did I live without this?
