> 3 dayI tried everything! For almost 5 years after buying my home, I have tried everything ever recommended to remove the terribly unsightly hard water ring in my 2 toilets. From Comet/Ajax & elbow grease, pumice stones, BarKeepers Friend (recommended by my plumber) and even fine grit sanding paper, nothing removed that stain. Until today! Somewhere it was recommended to use BarKeepers Friend in a paste and working in small circles use the 3M Fine Sanding Screen. I figured I had nothing to lose but the money spent for the product. IT WORKS!!! Yes, it requires some extra elbow grease and small circles aren’t always easy to do at certain angles, but you will get rid of that hard water stain! (FWIW, I found that circles really were the most effective motion.) Money well spent!

> 3 dayI used to clean of my daughter’s toilet bowl. I used gentle motions to clean standing water stain rings. I didn’t want to scratch the porcelain. It worked pretty well.

Greater than one week*Took the picture half way through so you could see the difference and what I started with. I used a very small 1” x 3” piece and toilet water (no cleaner or pre treatment) and took me less than 10 minutes. I learned about using this stuff to clean porcelain from someone who cleans homes professionally. It feels/is very abrasive, yet DOES NOT scratch the porcelain itself. PS I used ONLY this and the toilet water to clean **NO fancy toilet cleaner or pre treatment of any kind** Wish I’d known about this years ago. Will definitely purchase again but won’t need to for a good while, since I used a tiny 1” x 3” strip for the whole toilet and could’ve gotten away with less. UNRELATED (But also amazing..) Use undiluted vinegar with 1oz dawn dish soap in a spray bottle for your shower cleaner. Leave it on for a bit while you do something else and scum comes right off. No scrubbing. Learned this from the same person and it’s fabulous. You’re welcome.

> 3 dayI use this product to remove tough stains in the toilet. I use a product called CLR that is calcium, lime, and rust remover...but I use it with THIS product...and it works wonders. You use heavy rubber gloves, then pour the CLR in, let it set, and scrub with this drywall screen. It removes ALL stains in the bowl. Great product.

> 3 dayThe are abrasive yes, but I needed to made smaller pads by cutting, and to make my own dremel wheels. When you cut this product it makes a huge mess. The small particles it leaves behind when cut go everywhere. So just don’t cut it and you’ll be fine. Extremely durable thought, and a great price!

> 3 dayWrap a fine drywall screen around a mr. eraser pad, and you have the best toilet scrubbie for a low price. We have seriously hard water build up, and it takes care of it with no scratching of the porcelain
