Greater than one weekI use this for grinding graphite sticks for a fine powder. Works extremely well. I will buy this again as needed.

> 3 dayI tried using this to smooth out some old solder on a copper pipe before connecting a SharkBite fitting. I couldn’t solder on a new pipe because there was a slight leak keeping the pipe wet. The emery cloth worked fine until it got wet. The water almost instantly dissolved the grit down to the cloth so that it became useless. I ended up using some regular sandpaper sheets that worked much better.

Greater than one weekPurchased for non conventional use: it gets rid of ring around the toilet! Used gently it removes those nasty rings that never seem to get cleaned with regular toilet bowl cleaners. Using a small piece of this helped immensely and the toilet bowls now look brand new!!

> 3 dayI use this product to remove tough stains in the toilet. I use a product called CLR that is calcium, lime, and rust remover...but I use it with THIS product...and it works wonders. You use heavy rubber gloves, then pour the CLR in, let it set, and scrub with this drywall screen. It removes ALL stains in the bowl. Great product.

Greater than one weekWrap a fine drywall screen around a mr. eraser pad, and you have the best toilet scrubbie for a low price. We have seriously hard water build up, and it takes care of it with no scratching of the porcelain

> 3 dayGood paper but Amazon has this listed with the sanding SCREEN and they are NOT the same thing. This product will NOT work on vacuum sanders because it has a solid fabric backing. Sanding screen is open meshed so air and the dust can pass though it.

> 3 dayIm been dealing with stubborn buildup in my toilets and sinks due to hard water at my place. I had tried so many different things, when I stumbled across a tutorial on a blog recommending using a fine grit sanding screen with Bar Keepers Friend; the blogger said that this had been recommended to her by an employee at The Home Depot, as its much gentler on porcelain surfaces than pumice is. I cut a small piece (about 4 inches) of the sanding screen, covered the toilet bowl with Bar Keepers Friend, & scrubbed away. It did take some elbow grease, but it was worth it! My toilets dont look good as new now, but they still look SO much better.
