Do not sweat the details - buy the product - send them a note telling them what you would like it to do with it and they will send you links to the schematics and you tube videos walking you through it. The basic instructions in the box will get you 95% done but if you hit a snag they will help you out - I am very impressed!

I Installed over 30 units in 2 different apartment complexes.So easy to install and wire in. It took only a few minutes to understand the system. I will definitely recommend and install this system in future projects.

Out of the box the system was easy to install, just follow the diagrams and or videos. I do recommend if this is your first time purchasing this system you temporarily setup on a test bench to test system and get to know the components. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these in the future.

This product is more than what I expected. The price is beyond comparison to access Control systems out there. Software is robust and can do many things to cater for customer needs. Tech support is by far superior. They reply promptly with correct answers with video support.

This was easy to install (once I got the wires run). I was able to install each door about 45 min. Had a problem with the registration and Xiangyun had a solution the next morning. Control board has been running about 2 months with no problems. The provided links on the USB simplified the wiring process. About to install a 4 door system and link the 2.

My PC crashed and I lost the installed software with all my settings for the system. Fortunately, I made a backup and had a copy on hand. I reached out for support and was promptly replied back on how to upload the backup and restored all my previous settings. Extremely happy with my system and the support!!!

A feature filled access control system with many intuitive aspects. A great buy at this price! they will support you forever and I have appreciated their support several times. I could not say enough good thgings about this product.

Everything about this access controller is great. Although we needed a little help with some of the software instructions, EVERYTHING was readily available within hours after an email. Customer service is truly second to none. They respond VERY quickly, have no problem going a video call, and they’ll even walk through it with you or assist in doing the setup if needed. We only used the email for some questions since they’re on a different time zone, but ALWAYS received very detailed answers with links and specific videos that walked us right through exactly what we were trying to accomplish. System is very secure, and none of the rumors or tricks on how to by-pass systems similar to this, apply to this (we tried every scenario to be sure). We had a very expensive system in our old building and this one has more features and after initial setup, much easier to navigate and make changes etc. Many of the accessories (switches, locks, and sensors) worked with this system flawlessly. Great in every way. Price can’t be beat either.
