Our HOA purchased this system; I am the secretary. It was installed by our local IT genius (Shawn) and he is amazing. He showed us how to work the system and I got the job of entering all of the needed names, addresses, etc. into the program. What fun (not!!). When I couldnt figure out some stuff, I got in touch with 回复(Wood) and he was the BEST - he even made videos of him doing what I wanted and sent them via email!! Amazing support (as he said, I will support you forever, so sweet). I cannot say enough about 回复 (Wood) and think he deserves a huge raise and commendations from his company. Thank you 回复 (Wood). You are the BEST!!!!

I installed this pretty quickly and it does function as described. The installation instructions were a bit spotty but the support staff is very responsive and helpful.

Really good system, great value. Had mine working in just a few minutes. Contacted support to see about other features and received immediate and helpful suggestions. Great documentation and demo videos.If you write to support they have other supporting products as well that you can add to the kit.

I had never used anything like this before so I was concerned that it was going to be horrible. However this product was simple to figure out given the software that is supplied. It came packaged neatly and no problems at all. I had a little issue with the configuration but the seller answered my questions quickly with no hesitation. Great service! I bought five of these for my job.

I’ve had this hooked for about 8 months now. Installation was easy. I did have a couple questions and emailed the vendor. The response was fast and answered my question. The instructions were easy to to follow for the installation. I have two doors connected with a back up battery. Works flawlessly.

I work in the Electronic Security Industry - I needed a cost effective system to install at my wifes workplace. This system seemed to fit the bill. I am really impressed with the quality of the equipment - especially in comparison to the commercial equipment that I am used to working with. The software is a little different than what I am used to but it has all the features I needed. The vendor has been extremely responsive to questions and helped me get through every question I posed - very quickly. Overall, this is a great little system and you cant beat the price.

You cant go wrong. If you attempt an install yourself and run into trouble. They are there for you. I recommend drawing your own schematics to keep track of each color of each device.

My lodge was looking for an upgrade to our old lodge access system. In my research, I reached out to another fellow lodge and they recommended this system. Installation is very easy. Installing the software on the computer required my son who is a software engineer to help me, but he installed and was ready to test the connection between the computer and the controller in 5 minutes. A time saver for anyone who has a large number of employees or members is that you can input the membership role from an Excel Spreadsheet. My only wish is that I had the names inputted into the software database using the Last Name, First Name, MI format. Not a big deal as we use membership numbers and that is actually an easier way to search. The software manual takes some getting used to as it is translated from Chinese. I recommend that as you learn how to maneuver your way around the software, create your own manual. The software, like most packages Ive used in my career, offers multiple ways to accomplish the same task. While I was waiting on the having the system installed, I had a number of questions. The technical support has been very good. I use email to ask my questions and they respond with a day or two. It helps to take a photo or screenshot of your question/problem to help speed up the reply. My suggestion to the vendor: 1) Have someone improve the English in your software manual. While it is okay for someone who is literate in software, making it easier for the working man to understand how to easily use the program; 2) Make is simple to find matching components and access devices (fobs or card keys) to purchase that match your system (frequency, etc). I also recommend that prior to rolling out, that you get a couple people who are proficient in using the software. It is simple to add names and assign devices, but not everyone is your organization will be comfortable with using the software and it is best to limit who has access to minimize problems from too many hands. Overall, Im very happy with the purchase and recommend that you consider it.

This is a great system. The controller works amazing. This was my first weigand system and it was actually pretty easy to set up and install. The seller includes great tutorials and videos as well with the product CD. His support is great. He really cares about his customers.
