> 24 hourThis set is fine for light duty jobs and likely isnt a surprise given the low price of the product. Its like barely over a dollar per holesaw which is insanely cheap. Ive used several of them for different jobs. I think their niche is cutting through drywall for things like can lights or through particleboard or other softer materials. I used one of them to cut through a piece of 3mm carbon fiber and while it did make it through, the holesaw is basically shot and really dull now. If youre going to use these hard, Id look to a quality HSS or carbide holesaw that will last longer at a higher cost.

> 24 hourIve had several sets of hole saws in the past but never one set that had everything I could possibly need or want. Like all all generic hole saws, this one looks like stamped metal form. What i like is that it has so many sizes and each one steps up in larger increments. I use these to make precision hole cuts in furniture like desks or cabinets to hide electrical wires out of sight. Often at work im the guy who has tools to properly run computer cables so you dont have wires hanging all over the desk. I also use these to make holes in cars to run wire looms for speakers, amps or back up lights. I also use these to make plate cover holes behind wall hanging televisions and snake wires thru walls from lower power outlets to run new power to behind the TV and of course for Satellite, Antennae or internet cabling. My brother uses the largest hole saw to install retro can lights in ceilings. Now I will do same for myself. I like the blister box package that holds everything. Much nicer than some of my previous purchase from discount box stores. As you can see this one has a nice plate with two studs on them that mount to the larger hole saws. This prevents stripping of the saws hole when you encounter a difficult cut in harder material. Yes, you could buy specialty hole saws that are magnificently made. But for the price of one or two of those specialty ones, you can buy a whole set. Honestly, how often do you use a specialty tool? If you are a pro, often. This is great for a homeowner. You can experiment with home projects and make them look more professional.

> 24 hourExcellent product for the general workshop - good quality, excellent size assortment, and secure locking mechanism. Teeth are sharp and appear to be durable.

> 24 hourI ordered this because it had the size I needed; 2 1/2 diameter. Well, it is actually more like 2 1/4 so the hole I drilled is too small. I measured the hole saw labeled 2-1/2 64mm and it is 2-1/4. Such a disappointment!

> 24 hourBought this set to do a plumbing project, but I also wanted to have a variety of sizes on hand. This seemed like a nice homeowner quality set. looks very nice and complete...but you better have a drill with a 1/2 chuck. They give you two mandrels in the set and I figured the smaller one would fit my 3/8 drill. Nope. They are both too big! Luckily I have a big hammer drill with a large chuck so I was able to use the set for my project. Thats all well and good but there are a lot of places this monster drill would not fit. I only used 1 size for three holes and it seems to cut clean without much effort. I cant speak to longevity, but quality seems reasonable at the price. Bummer about the mandrels.

> 24 hourMy unit came brand new and shrink wrapped but missing the small mandrel. I don’t need the small sizes, so it didn’t matter to me. But if you plan to use the smaller size holes, beware!
