> 3 dayEdit: I was contacted by the seller after posting my original product review offering a refund if I “change my shopping experience”. Even with the offered refund I can only adjust this from one star to three stars due to thh HR e hassle and delay of having to acquire a replacement to finish my job. Original review follows: Bought this to drill holes in ceiling Sheetrock for led lights. First one went well, second one did good, third one got through with extra effort. Fourth one mostly got through but not quite. Tried it on the fifth one and it would barely scratch the surface. It’s done for, but I have ten more to drill! Don’t do it Ethyl! It’s just not worth it!

Greater than one weekWell machined unit, arbor also good quality. Hole cut to fiberglass was clean, teeth were very sharp and caused no splintering on the cut. In order to avoid initial skidding by the drill bit in the arbor, first make a smaller hole with a drill to guide the arbor bit.

> 3 dayNot the best hole saw for wood, but drywall its perfect. Got this to cut holes for some recessed lights. The arbor bits are good and sharp. Comes with two spare ones so may not hold up to alot of drilling but should last a long time if i just use it on drywall. The arbor itself is a little low quality. The pins that hold the blade are held by a thin metal ring. So they arent stiff which causes the hole saw to shake a little. The holes and threads are universal so my hercules arbor fits perfectly. Its a nice option if in the market for a cheaper one since homedepots is like $25 for their cheap one and doesnt even come with the arbor.
