> 3 dayThe saw blade arrived without a parts list or assembly instructions. I was unable to attach the saw blade to the arbor because the adjustable nut was tight, taut, or factory fused to the threads. I didn’t attempt to free the fused nut for fear of breaching the warranty. Customer service was understanding and replaced the unit within two days. Sadly, the replacement unit shipping package was damaged.

> 3 dayUsed this to cut the holes in TGI joists while running the 4 section of upstairs sewer line on a job. I needed an overbore on this particular job because the customer requested fiberglass pipe insulation for all the second floor sewer drains. This did just as good as the Milwaukee one I have so no complaints from me and at this price its definitely worth it.

Greater than one weekUsed for dryer vent hole threw aluminum siding, 1in foam, and 1 1/2 in 2x12 . Cut threw all with no problem. Had to stop to remove pieces due to depth of wall. Worked great . Go slow due to binding and the drill could really due damage to your body ! Used all big name hole saws over the years and this is just as good !

> 3 dayEdit: I was contacted by the seller after posting my original product review offering a refund if I “change my shopping experience”. Even with the offered refund I can only adjust this from one star to three stars due to thh HR e hassle and delay of having to acquire a replacement to finish my job. Original review follows: Bought this to drill holes in ceiling Sheetrock for led lights. First one went well, second one did good, third one got through with extra effort. Fourth one mostly got through but not quite. Tried it on the fifth one and it would barely scratch the surface. It’s done for, but I have ten more to drill! Don’t do it Ethyl! It’s just not worth it!

> 3 dayI have an entertainment console with a huge flat screen TV, and its full of audio and video components. The problem is that all of my network ethernet connections are behind it, and I needed to swap out an ethernet cable from the wall port to the router in the console. The console is too much to move, so I used this to cut a hole in the back, just near the ethernet ports behind it in the wall. Now I can reach through, disconnect the cable and plug in a new one without having to literally disassemble the entire console and its components. Great size for my needs (and the console already has holes in the back for cables and cooling anyway, so no biggie.)

> 3 day*UPDATE Company was fast to make things right. Will update the review after I use the replacement. I used this to put a hole in the thin metal siding of a pole building. Didnt even last long enough to get one hole cut.
