> 3 dayI got this to replace the clip-on, car visor type that I ran over with the snow blower, after it fell off of my jacket collar. This one clips right onto a jacket zipper or other small attachment very securely. It paired with my opener flawlessly on the first try.

Greater than one weekThis garage door opener was the simplest thing to set up. After only having one remote for so long, I finally got sick of running in the house to open the garage. I made a simple search on amazon and found this one. After reading the description and understanding, I went to the garage door opener and noticed that I needed the yellow one. I ordered it and then received it. Five minutes later, I had it working.

Greater than one weekTook a few seconds to program my myQ Lifemaster garage door and works great. Just press the yellow learn button then press one of the buttons on the fob, hold it until the garage door light blinks. Youre done! Its so handy & for the price I ordered a couple to give family members and one to keep with my purse incase I have a rental / loaner car and forget to bring the visor clip remote with me. My door is programed inside my car so I never think about a remote until Im locked out of the house!

> 3 dayWhats changed: Durability is terrible. The battery clip uses an etched metal finish on the circuit board as well as a metal clip. The etched surface does not make good contact with a replacement battery, in spite of my scarifying it to try and create a good contact. The replacement batteries, all new and tested, last a little more than a week before going bad. They appear to be under constant drain. Basically this is a one-and-done door opener. When the original battery is gone, so is the entire opener. BTW, Im an electrical engineer, so yeah, I know what Im talking about. This works as intended. The range is about 1/2 the larger remotes, but thats fine because it fits well on my wifes small keyring. We havent had it long enough to rate its durability.
