> 3 dayWhats changed: Durability is terrible. The battery clip uses an etched metal finish on the circuit board as well as a metal clip. The etched surface does not make good contact with a replacement battery, in spite of my scarifying it to try and create a good contact. The replacement batteries, all new and tested, last a little more than a week before going bad. They appear to be under constant drain. Basically this is a one-and-done door opener. When the original battery is gone, so is the entire opener. BTW, Im an electrical engineer, so yeah, I know what Im talking about. This works as intended. The range is about 1/2 the larger remotes, but thats fine because it fits well on my wifes small keyring. We havent had it long enough to rate its durability.

Greater than one weekOrdered two. Receive product and was able to operate it in less than two minute. No rocket science to program it.

> 3 dayWorks exactly like it should, took me less than 90 seconds to program. Only thing you wont be able to raise the door with the press of a button once you are closing the door opener.

> 3 dayBecause our garage door opener is now newer and smarter than our cars, we can’t use the built-in remotes. That means having a garage door opener in the car so a thief can get your address off your registration and access the garage any time. These are small enough to be on a keychain and work great.

> 3 dayYou buy cheap, you get cheap. They look nice, seem fancy but junk. Buy a name brand same as you opener.

Greater than one weekI have more cars than I have garage door remotes so I got this one so I could keep it on my keychain and always be able to open and close the garage from any vehicle. So far it works decent. Tho not quite as well as the factory door opers or the ones built into the cars. Sometimes I have to press the button more than once. I like the size. Its just as big as it needs to be and not intrusive on my key ring. It has 4 separately programmable buttons but I only use one of them. The sliding cover is nice if not all that practical. I have more or less stopped bothering to ever close it. It works good for my application and Im glad I bought it. It also is more secure than having openers in your car because someone could break into your car and then easily get into your house. But thats not the reason I bought it since our house is protected by an extensive FAFO Security system.

> 3 dayNo Complicated instructions. Was able to set up easily. Has a cover so you can’t accidentally hit the button and open garage door.
