Works well. Nice to have a remote for the garage with me at all times. Very small size makes it easy to carry in my pocket.

Excellent replacement for my lost controller. It only took a couple minutes to figure out the learning procedure and probably less than a minute to add my remaining two doors on the controller. Its smaller than my other controllers, allowing me to carry it in my pocket, and has the slide cover to prevent accidental door openings/closings. Very happy with the controller and the timely delivery.

Unit paired quickly with my chamberlain opener

This is the best opener I have seen. Much better made than factory model. Well made and even can slide a cover over buttons so door can’t be opened if a button is accidentally pushed.

Whats changed: Durability is terrible. The battery clip uses an etched metal finish on the circuit board as well as a metal clip. The etched surface does not make good contact with a replacement battery, in spite of my scarifying it to try and create a good contact. The replacement batteries, all new and tested, last a little more than a week before going bad. They appear to be under constant drain. Basically this is a one-and-done door opener. When the original battery is gone, so is the entire opener. BTW, Im an electrical engineer, so yeah, I know what Im talking about. This works as intended. The range is about 1/2 the larger remotes, but thats fine because it fits well on my wifes small keyring. We havent had it long enough to rate its durability.

It even works about 300 feet away from home to open the garage door.
