I know that all of the dimensions are posted, but these really are massive. Solid price and absolutely no complaints! Because they are so thick, you may need more heat than normal, but that is to be expected of any material.

This is my first time using this thermo plastic. But all and all easy to use. Heat bend hold. I use glue in the corners for it to stay square. But pretty self explanatory heat bend hold.

I like these sheets for use in various custom projects. They make switch plates in vehicle projects and I made a few covers for wiring in a car audio install out of these. The textured finish side is really nice too. This latest batch of ABS sheets went to making a cup and plate caddy for my mothers walker. I was able to cut holes, and make make bends very easily with this material. It is really thin, so depending on your use you may want some kind of backer. In my use I made a light weight wooden frame and then mounted the ABS sheets with glue. This stuff is a great value and you can get a lot of shapes with the right techniques and a good heat gun. The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the finish on the smooth side of the sheets to be inconsistent. Some had slight off-color streaks that would make them less appealing. I dont know that Ive ever used this type of material with that side showing, but maybe someone would want to. It may even polish out, but I would have liked it to be a little more consistent. I really like the size and workability of these sheets. If you need a rather thin sheet these are perfect.

Im a model maker so I buy a lot of ASB sheets. I was out and needed some quick so I tried these. The cuts were all perfectly square which is important to me, there were no handling scratches or damage. Most places i get them there is always something wrong with a least one sheet, these were all perfect. I will definitely be getting more materials from this supplier. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

I used these to build sides of a truck bed on an RC truck I am building. They cut very easily with a pair of snips, and I used a grinding head on a Dremel tool to make finer adjustments. I used a heat gun to bend the sides up and it molded to the shape I needed very easily. It all glued down well with some shoe repair glue and some weight on it overnight and seems very secure. I did rough up the smooth side (the side I was gluing down) with a sanding block just to be safe. Im pretty happy with the product, and I have plenty leftover for my next project.

So far, I have used this to make a box with a sliding top and open ends to use with my C-pap. I place the box in front of the air intake and place a fiber pad with essential oil inside the box to create a refreshing breeze all night. The box turned out ok, but I did not have anything to use as a jig to get crisp folds but it still works. It cuts ok with a razor knife for straight lines. I think a couple of pieces of 1 x 4 boards and a couple of clamps would have worked to create the jig to get a crisp fold.

The product is good, it cuts ok on my laser however some of the sheets came with signs of scratches on the shiny side which is the one I use for my props. I will give you probably the 5 stars howerver I loost almost 2 sheets due to the scratches on the side I use. Low QC, they should check every sheet before they ship them.

not ABS. tried to glue to motorcycle fairing would not stick. tried to glue to itself would not stick. do not buy this stuff if you need ABS.

Product is perfect for my useage in the truck wheel wells as filler panels. Flexible, strong and hopefully durable.

I have a laser cutter and do a lot of projects with acrylic and ABS. These ABS sheets from HYHOSHI are of great quality and are a really good value. Here’s what I like and don’t like about these ABS sheets: **************************************************** LIKES *Accuracy/Tolerance- these are high-quality sheets. I measured each of them with a set of calipers and they are a consistent .06 inch (1.76 mm) across each sheet. It’s nice to see sheets manufactured to such tight tolerances. *Thickness- the sheets are a consistent thickness with a bit of texture on one side. The .06 thickness is perfect for laser cutting without getting too much warping/melting on the edges. *Size- the 12x16 size is the perfect size to fit comfortably on my laser bed while still giving me a lot of area to fit multiple projects on each one. *Thermal Behavior- these sheets are thin enough to allow them to cut easily with a laser (make sure you have adequate ventilation) or you can heat them up with a heat gun and reform them over a mold. There’s a lot you can do with these. *Value- At $19 for 6 pcs (at the time of this review), this is a fantastic deal for ABS sheets of this quality in my opinion. That’s a little over $3 per sheet and I can get multiple projects out of each 12x16 sheet.
