> 3 dayI got these plastic sheets to use for patching cracked plastic corner trim pieces on some enclosed utility trailers that I own. Over the years these corners have cracked due to the weather and I cant get replacements. The corners have a curved radius that I can match by just heating these sheets and forming them to fit. They have a textured side or smooth untextured side, according to your need. I think this will work great and last for years.

> 3 dayProduct worked as expected but did have a horrible smell when I opened it. I have ordered these in the past without such a stink. Beside the funky odor the work fine for Car Audio purposes.

Greater than one weekUsed these ABS sheets to make new side panels for my DR 650, $20 plus some ABS adhesive, a heat gun and some rivets and it looks better than the original $200 side panels. Very satisfied. These panels formed very easily with a heat gun.

> 3 dayI used these to build sides of a truck bed on an RC truck I am building. They cut very easily with a pair of snips, and I used a grinding head on a Dremel tool to make finer adjustments. I used a heat gun to bend the sides up and it molded to the shape I needed very easily. It all glued down well with some shoe repair glue and some weight on it overnight and seems very secure. I did rough up the smooth side (the side I was gluing down) with a sanding block just to be safe. Im pretty happy with the product, and I have plenty leftover for my next project.

> 3 dayI purchased this to build some brackets and finishing pieces for my 89 VW Adventurewagon camper. When I ordered it I was a bit concerned about its thickness and strength. At 0.06” I thought it might be too weak for the projects I had in mind. That proved to be a non-issue. After torturing a test piece I’m more than happy with its strength. The sheets themselves are nicely finished with a satin, leather-like, textured surface on one side and a glossy side on the other. One review mentioned that the glossy side was scratched and unsuitable for the display side. I didn’t find that to be the case. While it wasn’t quite as uniformly finished as the textured side, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it with that face out. It cuts nicely, I used my bandsaw, and works easily with a heat gun. Boiling water also works well. I’d recommend playing with a practice piece or two to get the hang of it before leaping into a major project. I’ll be purchasing more when this runs out. It’s very handy.

> 3 dayI like these sheets for use in various custom projects. They make switch plates in vehicle projects and I made a few covers for wiring in a car audio install out of these. The textured finish side is really nice too. This latest batch of ABS sheets went to making a cup and plate caddy for my mothers walker. I was able to cut holes, and make make bends very easily with this material. It is really thin, so depending on your use you may want some kind of backer. In my use I made a light weight wooden frame and then mounted the ABS sheets with glue. This stuff is a great value and you can get a lot of shapes with the right techniques and a good heat gun. The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the finish on the smooth side of the sheets to be inconsistent. Some had slight off-color streaks that would make them less appealing. I dont know that Ive ever used this type of material with that side showing, but maybe someone would want to. It may even polish out, but I would have liked it to be a little more consistent. I really like the size and workability of these sheets. If you need a rather thin sheet these are perfect.

> 3 dayDefinitely have to use high heat with a heat gun to get this stuff hot enough to be flexible (because of how thick it is). The adhesion of it sticking to itself could be better, but if youre working on some bulkier heavy duty things, this stuff is great.
