Im a model maker so I buy a lot of ASB sheets. I was out and needed some quick so I tried these. The cuts were all perfectly square which is important to me, there were no handling scratches or damage. Most places i get them there is always something wrong with a least one sheet, these were all perfect. I will definitely be getting more materials from this supplier. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

not ABS. tried to glue to motorcycle fairing would not stick. tried to glue to itself would not stick. do not buy this stuff if you need ABS.

Pros: These abs sheets are fairly strong but still lightweight. They are great for craft making and diy projects. They are moldable with the heat from a hot air gun. Once they cool they retain their shape very well. The easiest way I have found to cut them is with a straight edge and hobby or utility knife. I have used this abs in the past to make aux switch covers for trucks and atvs. It works well for this purpose since it can easily be molded and drilled. Overall: For the price these moldable abs sheets are really nice. I recommend them.

Product is perfect for my useage in the truck wheel wells as filler panels. Flexible, strong and hopefully durable.

I used these to build sides of a truck bed on an RC truck I am building. They cut very easily with a pair of snips, and I used a grinding head on a Dremel tool to make finer adjustments. I used a heat gun to bend the sides up and it molded to the shape I needed very easily. It all glued down well with some shoe repair glue and some weight on it overnight and seems very secure. I did rough up the smooth side (the side I was gluing down) with a sanding block just to be safe. Im pretty happy with the product, and I have plenty leftover for my next project.

I have a laser cutter and do a lot of projects with acrylic and ABS. These ABS sheets from HYHOSHI are of great quality and are a really good value. Here’s what I like and don’t like about these ABS sheets: **************************************************** LIKES *Accuracy/Tolerance- these are high-quality sheets. I measured each of them with a set of calipers and they are a consistent .06 inch (1.76 mm) across each sheet. It’s nice to see sheets manufactured to such tight tolerances. *Thickness- the sheets are a consistent thickness with a bit of texture on one side. The .06 thickness is perfect for laser cutting without getting too much warping/melting on the edges. *Size- the 12x16 size is the perfect size to fit comfortably on my laser bed while still giving me a lot of area to fit multiple projects on each one. *Thermal Behavior- these sheets are thin enough to allow them to cut easily with a laser (make sure you have adequate ventilation) or you can heat them up with a heat gun and reform them over a mold. There’s a lot you can do with these. *Value- At $19 for 6 pcs (at the time of this review), this is a fantastic deal for ABS sheets of this quality in my opinion. That’s a little over $3 per sheet and I can get multiple projects out of each 12x16 sheet. Used these ABS sheets to make new side panels for my DR 650, $20 plus some ABS adhesive, a heat gun and some rivets and it looks better than the original $200 side panels. Very satisfied. These panels formed very easily with a heat gun.

I know that all of the dimensions are posted, but these really are massive. Solid price and absolutely no complaints! Because they are so thick, you may need more heat than normal, but that is to be expected of any material.

With a little practice you can use these to make cosplay armor, masks, helmets, weaponry and more. Ive been scavenging this stuff when I could but did not realize what it was called. Now I know. $15 for 6 sheets? Wow. Great stuff at a great price.
