When I read the specs for adding additional RAM, many sites, including the RAM manufacturer said this laptop has 2 banks and could hold 32G of RAM. That is not the case with this particular processor. It has only 1 bank to hold additional RAM. 4G is soldered on the board, so the maximum RAM you would have is 20G if you bought a 16G stick.

First, Pros - boots up very fast, under a minute almost always. Light weight. Very good processing power. Im a mobile DJ and karaoke host. Bought this as a replacement for aging laptop and has been great in that role.

Could not log in after just a couple days. Returned for refund, bought an HP Envy at Costco.

So far Im not having any luck with these Ryzen mobile processors.

Do not have touch screen otherwise it fits my needa

No, cant boot to CDUSB&c... this will not be your laptop, it will be Windows and Acers!

The power port stopped letting this laptop charge after less than 4 months. do not reccommend

es una laptop para universitarios o de uso de hogar, tambien sirve para juegos casuales como league of leguends a buena resolucion y buenos fps, se siente muy premium y es muy bonita. la tengo desde hace dos dias, los 4gb de ram se quedan muy corto para el uso que le doy, ya ordene una ram de 8gb acer para hacer la ampliacion, actualizare mi review en unos dias luego de instalar la ram.

I bought this laptop to replace another Acer 3 1/2 year-old laptop. I goofed as I didnt realize the hard drive in this laptop is not big enough for my needs. So I thought, no problem, as this laptop is supposed to be set up to take a second drive. It even comes with brackets to do that. I took the laptop to have a second drive installed and turns out the cable inside the laptop necessary to do that is missing. So now I am paying to have the hard drive replaced and the operating system reinstalled. I purchased this laptop because it could be upgraded. So much for that. Very disappointed and will not buy an Acer again.

Excelente producto, se lo compre a mi hijo para dar de baja su i5, y nada malo que decir, le actualice la memoria a 8gb y le puse un ssd como segundo disco, el equipo es super rapido. La tapa es de aluminio, es super delgado y aun jugando SC2 anda super frio. Tremenda maquina.
