I bought this laptop 2 months ago for office work and I am very satisfied with the performance. It came with 4 gb ram and I have not upgraded it. It works well the that ram for what I have used it for, battery last a long time so far very happy with it, recommended 100%.

Do not have touch screen otherwise it fits my needa

Good basic laptop. Fast and runs basic word processing programs, etc. al. Its been really dependable. I own three basic Acers and all of them have done well for the money.

This is a great laptop for general computing (internet, word processing etc). It is lightweight, starts up quickly, and has a great screen. I highly recommend this model if you are on a budget and need a solid laptop at a great price.

I originally found this when it was around $350, now its over $400. The model I received has 4GB RAM soldered on the motherboard with the ability to go to 32GB, but obviously with the soldered RAM, the highest I could get it to was 20GB, for an additional $60.

The power port stopped letting this laptop charge after less than 4 months. do not reccommend

I bought this because the program I wanted couldnt be installed on my old computer so the moment I received my new computer, it just did it on its own. I didnt have to do much more. I like my new computer.

I bought this laptop to replace another Acer 3 1/2 year-old laptop. I goofed as I didnt realize the hard drive in this laptop is not big enough for my needs. So I thought, no problem, as this laptop is supposed to be set up to take a second drive. It even comes with brackets to do that. I took the laptop to have a second drive installed and turns out the cable inside the laptop necessary to do that is missing. So now I am paying to have the hard drive replaced and the operating system reinstalled. I purchased this laptop because it could be upgraded. So much for that. Very disappointed and will not buy an Acer again.

I was looking for a laptop that could work with Windows 11. Price was in my range. So far Im very happy with my purchase. I definitely had a list of specs. I wanted and this laptop meant my needs.
