> 3 dayI’m sure this would have been a fine laptop to use, it is not a touch screen, but I just couldn’t get over the awkward keyboard layout. The huge mouse pad landing/wrist resting area, and tiny squished 10-key area made typing difficult so I returned it.

> 3 dayI will take most of the blame for my feelings about this laptop. I should have done my homework before purchasing. This is more of a desktop than laptop (HUGE!!). When I upgraded to Windows 11, I thought that it would be a cinch to switch out of S mode, wrong again. When I tried to follow the instructions of various websites, I receive conflicting directions. One site, ACER, says to go to the Microsoft Store and Microsoft Office Support says, Be careful not to go to the store!

> 3 dayI bought it to play The Sims 4 because my old laptop was too laggy. This one works great! I have a ton of expansion packs and it runs very smooth. Starts up fast and loads quickly. I’m super happy with it!

> 3 day“no bootable device “ seems to be this laptop’s mantra. Unit crashes while in sleep mode or not in use. When it’s in use, seems ok. For now it’s a doorstop.
