Greater than one weekThe only complaint I have is that after a year and a half of ownership, with the laptop rarely used, the battery only lasts about 90 minutes. That’s far less than what the brand advertises.

> 3 dayLove it so far and no issues to speak of. It’s just for personal use, not for gaming or work. M on it a few times a week for internet, photos, files etc. My only complaint is I can’t install our home printer or scanner because they aren’t a Microsoft product. You can change it out of S mode and install whatever you want but that will eliminate safety and security features. You can’t switch it back either.

> 3 dayI love new tech but I use my phone for computer stuff more than an actual computer. Take what I say with a grain of salt. This thing is actually pretty solid. The screen is nice with minimal glare. The keyboard is easy to type with. Plus I got it to stay lit by enabling in bios which is easy to boot into. The track pad has a nice feel and not too sensitive. Even the speakers have decent sound but old people might have trouble really hearing them. I was told camera looks fine and I would agree.

> 3 dayOrdered this laptop on Prime Day for my Uncle who had a super old laptop that wasnt performing well. The laptop he had was at least 8 years old, was super heavy (Toshiba Satellite), super slow to load and just wasnt performing as it should. My Uncle doesnt do a lot of processing on the laptop but uses it mostly for online browsing, bill pay etc. Hes not exactly computer savvy when it comes to a lot of things so I wanted to keep it as basic as possible.

> 3 dayI have had this laptop for a year now. It came with W10, but I use Linux with no problems. The laptop is fine except for one major flaw, the power plug keeps breaking. Im on my 3rd power supply in only a year. WHY did they use the thinnest, tiniest plug for this thing. Its 1.8mm, and it breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Cmon Acer, really what were you thinking?
