Transferred from another ACER I loved and am so disappointed in this one because the speakers are so quiet! Can hardly hear any show or video. Not happy I have to get external speakers for a laptop just to watch a video.

the fan is so noisy and after a couple of days of use the laptop was too slow, it was getting stuck with every single application and sometimes the screen went black while in use... I dont recommend this product because in the Acer forum other users had the same problem with this model. battery life was poorly

We had ordered because it says back light keyboard. Didnt work. And was not. The model we ordered, had to re order...same thing happened. Ended up and went to a box store and bought one

All the latest technologies from intel in one unit. You will enjoy testing all the latest code in Windows 10/Ubuntu 21.04 dual boot system. Windows update will install the latest bios v1.08 and latest intel Xe drivers. Set admin bios password will allow disabling of secure boot for optimum dual boot with Linux. Also disable fast boot in bios and disable Hibernate in Windows.

Was thrilled when received, but within two weeks, my new Acer failed to boot. No damage, just stopped working. On line support excellent but ended up needing to send to Acer for service. Returned and working, but Ive lost confidence in this purchase. Time will tell.
