> 3 dayI purchased almost 1 month ago. At first the screen would shake off and on every few days. I would restart and it would be fine. I ignored it for a bit and then it became more and more throughout the week. I tried to install updates and reset the computer two different times. I made sure the power cord was in securely as well. The problem continued. Then, the last week or so,the screen switched to black then back to normal on and off. The mouse was also not great as it took me multiple times to click on things. I wanted to love it and I gave it almost a full month but for the price I refuse to settle with annoying glitches. Now I just hope Amazon takes it back with no issues. I did contact the manufacturer and they wanted me to send it to them to repair but I refused because a new computer should not need repairs in less than a month.

Greater than one weekIve purchased many of these for clients and have been involved with setting them up and using them. For most businesses this is a very nice computer. It saves room, works fast and is quiet. The 27 display is a huge plus. My clients love their new upgrade!

> 3 dayI had high hopes for this computer. I unpacked it, performed the little bit of assembly required and turned it on. The startup screen came up asking if the computer was to be used in the United States (it was to be). But at this point neither the keyboard or mouse (both of them wireless) wouldnt connect to the computer. The reason is the USB wireless connectors for the keyboard and mouse didnt come with the computer and without them, the keyboard and mouse wont connect. So I called the Acer help number. I gave them the serial number and was informed that the computer was out of warranty (it was 2 hours old at this point). I was connected to a representative who spoke only a foreign language. At this point I decided to return the computer and try another brand. I am very disappointed in the Acer customer service and their product.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace my all in one dell 24 inch computer which was approximately 7 years old. I did not know what to expect other than the reviews that were written and the machines internal components. The screen is not spectacular. My old Dell was a touchscreen and the picture quality was better on my old machine. My old machine was also very quiet. This one makes noise when doing anything other than web browsing. It also puts off some heat. I am hoping that it holds up well but was disappointed in the overall general quality. I just expected that something so much newer would be so much better. I should have waited a few more years I guess.

> 3 dayInitially, I loved this computer. I had no issues. At exactly 1 year from purchase date, the computer would not turn on. Had it tested by local repair shop and was told that the motherboard was fried. Ive had computers that lasted for many many years. Amazons return and warranty policy is great . They are going to refund me the full amount paid. Only thing that sucks is that it cost me $150 for the local repair shop to diagnose the issue and to back up allmy files on a USB drive. I think Ill stick to better name brand computers

Greater than one weekI have had this computer for less than a year I nought it in March 2022 and the week after I got it, I was having issues with the screen as you can see in the video!!! Contacted Amazon but it seem the issue was resolve. But the it kept doing it and it was annoying but it would go away after shutting down the computer and turning it back on but now is doing it constantly over and over again I can not get nothing done!!!! I have contacted Amazon and they are not willing to help me because it has pass the 30 day policy!!
