> 3 dayThere is a lot to like about this all in one. The screen is huge and has fantastic picture quality. For most people you could probably go from a two monitor set-up down to just this one. It has plenty of RAM and a solid processor, so it works well with Microsoft Office products. That said, the lack of an NVIDIA graphics card and very limited VRAM means you cant do anything beyond casual gaming, so if thats a priority youll want to look elsewhere. This is a great option for someone looking for a better than baseline, but not top of the mark, home computer for streaming and productivity.

> 3 dayJust some qualification and backstory for this review. Im an IT tech with 25+ years of experience. I had a long time client and friend ask me for a recommendation on an all in one computer for work. He just needed a PC for basic things like remote access to Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, web browsing, etc. I came across this computer and had to really search for anything hidden in the fine print because the specs at this price point seemed hard to believe. My friend bought it and I ended up spending a few hours with it setting it up to meet his needs. With that being said......

> 3 dayAs compared to some of the other reviews, I had no problems setting this Acer 27 up! I would recommend for anyone that works from home, which is where I work from. I have always trusted Acer computers and this one did not let me down!

> 3 dayThere’s no touch screen functionality and I can’t get the wireless mouse and keyboard to work. There weren’t any written instructions sent with the computer, they might have been helpful.

> 3 dayIt’s very easy to set up. It comes with a decent keyboard and a mouse. The speaker is not the best quality but it’s ok. I can hear the fan because it is all in one and it got cool down itself. The screen size is 27” and it’s a perfect fit for my desk. Overall it’s a very nice all in one desktop. The latest system display is like a phone display with apps.

> 3 dayI had high hopes for this computer. I unpacked it, performed the little bit of assembly required and turned it on. The startup screen came up asking if the computer was to be used in the United States (it was to be). But at this point neither the keyboard or mouse (both of them wireless) wouldnt connect to the computer. The reason is the USB wireless connectors for the keyboard and mouse didnt come with the computer and without them, the keyboard and mouse wont connect. So I called the Acer help number. I gave them the serial number and was informed that the computer was out of warranty (it was 2 hours old at this point). I was connected to a representative who spoke only a foreign language. At this point I decided to return the computer and try another brand. I am very disappointed in the Acer customer service and their product.
