This laptop just has one issue after another and overall is trash. I don’t do gaming or anything complex, but this thing has been a huge pain for even the smallest activity. Don’t waste your money.

Good chromebook with a great price

Bought this for my daughter who is in middle school. It’s fast, keyboard is comfortable to use, nice screen, size, has everything she needs. A very nice laptop and I’d say quality exceeds its cost. Highly recommend.

Very first chromebook Ive owned and for the price, and quality you really cant beat it comes with a very well made case zipper seems sturdy and NOT cheap! Its padded and protects the laptop very well if your on the Go ... Just wish there was instructions on how to connect the wireless mouse took me a while but I figured it out the top comes off and theres a mini USB inside, you plug it in the chromebook turn the mouse on from the bottom, and just like that it works ! 1

My son shattered my other Chrome book from Acer that had a touch screen and I didnt realize how much I loved that feature. This book is amazing and perfect for Distance Learning now that COVID-19 has shut down school for the rest of the year. The delivery was fast, the packaging was perfect and he was up and running within minutes. The only thing I would advise, is that the material of this unit does tend to show finger prints. That is minor and has nothing to due with the system itself, but for someone who is easily distracted by such things, that is something to consider.

Absolute junk. Got this brand new. Took it out of the box, got it set up, walked away for 20 minutes and when I came back the screen was black and wouldnt show a display at all. Tried closing/reopening, turning it off/on again, even looked up troubleshooting tips on Google. NOTHING WORKED. Got about 35 minutes of use out of it. Absolute crap product by Acer. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered 2 of these: upon arrival, 1 was perfectly fine; however, the security seal was damaged on the other box. That same 1 was stuck in the factory testing mode. Thankfully, I had an empty flash drive and was able to reset the system with an OS recovery tool from Google. Someone with less tech knowledge would have had to go though the return and repair process with this purchase.

Fine for browsing the web and doing Google docs online. Problematic when doing teleconferencing, camera disconnects intermittently and microphone does not pickup well.

Perfect for the school agegd child working from home.
