Chromebooks are not real laptops, they are not compatible with any PC software. After approximately 2 years they dont support them anymore so then they will not work with any updated apps like Netflix and such. Not even worth one star.

Yeah I just wanted to use the facebook app. If thats all you care about this is not the device for you. I tried updating uninstalling reinstalling tech support you name it. Pretty much everything else functions but using Facebook was advertised by Acer so that is why I am giving one star

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. It’s smaller, sturdy, and gets the job done. Can’t beat the price too.

Every now and then you have to reboot because it gets unresponsive because of memory or something.

Piece of crap havent even got a very long ago and will not charge now and it wont do anything about it they wont refund it wont let me return it nothing it basically bent me over and shove it right my***and Im supposed to be a prime member so thanks I guess

This was a gift for my son but he decided on somethkng else.

I am content with this purchase. It does what I need it to do. Seems to be pretty reliable. I also find it super cool that it has a type C charger

it runs apps. Not windows programs. I should have done better research. For me, its a boat anchor.

Chromebook kept crashing after one month. It wouldnt recognize networks. Calling help desk was easy but solutions were generic and didnt help the problem.
