First off I just want to say that for the people that want this and still want to be able to use word, you can. Go to the google play store and get the app. Works just like word on your regular PC. This is a great machine and I am more than happy that I decided to get a Chromebook instead of a regular laptop. The no touchscreen is not a problem for me because I hate touchscreen computers. Also this is not a Chromebook that flips and works like a tablet and that is not a big deal to me either because I have a tablet. This is great for school and for when I need it to do zoom. The touch pad mouse takes a little getting used to but it is adjustable in settings. Overall, this is a great value for the $$ and I would purchase another Chromebook without hesitation in the future.

I really like this chromebook. It seems well made, has a good looking screen (for the price point) and works perfectly for the type of work I’m doing (I’m a fourth grade teacher. My only complaint is that the description is incorrect. It’s advertised as having a touch screen, but it doesn’t. I was a little upset when I found out after I first started using it. I would have sent it back, but chromebooks have become so difficult to get at a decent price point, I just decided to keep it.

Battery life not as promised. Touch pad not very good. Inability to print in 2021 not communicated properly. Will not start on opening up too often.

Not worth the money. ITV stopped working after 3 months. I purchased insurance no response received. I am so disappointed.

I bought this for my friend Dana and she was very pleased. She uses it more than her HP laptop because its way faster and easier to use.

This is a great computer. Ive always had Toshiba laptops in the past and was a bit nervous about trying The Google Chromebook. I cant tell you how pleased I am that I made this choice. Its very lightweight, super fast, and had me up and going in less than five minutes. I will recommend this to my family and friends.
