How can I download this, game? All I get in the end is a blank/black screen with the Caesars Casino border, around it?

Quit taking a charge after 7 months

I bought two of these for my son. Both needed to be RMAed for repairs. The first one the camera went bad. They repaired it and then my son dropped it. I hesitantly got him a replacement. This one the power/usbc went bad less than a year in to owning it. A few months later it went bad again, but then was a month after the 1 year manufacture warranty ended. My son loved his chromebook and is so upset that it is broken again, but I am not going to pay to get it fixed. Its not worth it.

The Chromebook non longer charges. I replaced the charging cord too.

I tried to purchase a Chromebook much like this one from a different seller because it was cheaper. Well, the webcam didnt work so I bought from Acer directly and the laptop is perfect! I use it for school and it gets everything done (except respondus lockdown browser). I recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable lap top. (Ignore the bubbles in my screen protector, I know theyre bad) lol

Its very self explanatory. Touch screen, keyboard, its fast loading. I bought it for shopping on the internet and its great for that purpose.

Would have probably given 5 stars to all categories, but theres always room for improvement!

I bought this to use for school, because it can run all the apps I would otherwise be using on my phone. It definitely gets the job done. The ONLY thing I would improve is not specifically related to this laptop, but to the variety of apps that are available for it.

My child accidentally dropped this Chromebook down a staircase. Amazingly, the only damage done was a tiny crack on the side.
