So happy with my purchase. Was hesitant about it at first so I canceled my order the first go around and due to financial reasons but here I am typing on it now leaving this review and Im happy I stuck with my gut which was saying get the damnnn thing hahaha. I bought this for my 5 year old kindergartener to use for her Zoom classroom. This Acer Chromebook can NOT handle Zoom. Zoom gets cut off, freezes....etc. extremely frustrating. FYI we have 400 MB/S download speed internet. Also, we don’t have these issues when using Zoom with our MacBooks.

This Chromebook is NOT touch screen and does NOT spin or bend at all. It bends 180° at most, a straight line, and nothing further. I spent to much money for it not to have the basic description of the product!

Good battery and light weight. wifi stopped working after 1 year(((

used this computer about 5 weeks and stopped working. Sounds like faulty connection between charger and computer so now I need to pack up this computer, send it back to ACER and wait 5-10 business days for them to repair this. I am responsible for the cost of sending the machine to the facility. Wow, thought I would at least get a few years service from a computer before I had a problem

I bought for my 12 year old grandson for virtual classes. He loves it. Says it’s “perfect”!

like that it is wireless..so much easier than moving laptop around due to connections.. free to use anywhere in the home... not stuck to a short wire connect any more. so nice
