Over all nice ChromeBook Having few interruptions on wifi connection while my daughter is using it for school. In contact with ASER to try to resolve this issue.

I live this product. Fast, easy to use and good for on the go. I needed something smaller for work, so this was perfect.

I have had other Chromebooks. I wanted something simple to use. This was a gift for a senior relative. It is perfect for Facebook, Email, newspapers, and locating information.

This computer is fine for videos and social media. I havent been able to print anything from the computer, though. I contacted support and they informed me it isnt compatible with all printers but they couldnt tell me which printers are compatible. I have three different brands of printers that are able to print through wifi or usb but it wont work with any of them. Huge waste of money!! I have to use my old computer any time I want to print. Would not recommend or buy another Acer.

Completely pleased with product! Sort of a side note the price was only $5 or 10 less than Walmart. I purchased it on Prime day along with some other items that totaled ~$370 and only saved $40 ; thats barely sales tax. I guess I need to learn a better Prime day strategy ! ;-{

Bought this primarily for my son to use for school (Zoom calls). Initially we were having trouble on Zoom. Screen sharing wasnt working. Call would drop. Couldnt use the 2nd monitor via Thunderbolt while doing Zoom. Did some testing and discovered the wifi was getting an abismal bandwidth score. I purchased a TP Link USB to Ethernet adapter, doubled the internet bandwidth, and the issues went a way.

I would not recommend buying this from Amazon. We have had this computer for less than a month, it has been dead for 2 days and the battery will not take a charge/power up. We contacted Acer and we would have to send it back for a repair that could take up to 2 weeks. This is my sons school computer. Such a hassle and Acer customer service isnt great.
