I dont do a lot of heavy gaming, so I wanted to buy a low-level gaming laptop because I knew it would do everything I needed to do. For context, the main games I play on my laptop are The Sims (with a ton of cc and a few mods), Stardew Valley (with a fair amount of mods), Terraria, and then basic in-browser games like tetris and whatever else when Im truly bored. For the most part, this computer has handled running them all super well. Surprisingly, it has the most difficulty with the in-browser games, which tend to lag or drop frames. To be fair, I dont really know why Mahjongg 3D needs to be rendered in such intense detail anyway, but whatever.

As many others have stated, this product arrived dead. I will not deal with Acer and risk more terrible quality control. You can see it’s plugged into to laptop and wall and doesn’t receive power. Who’s to say if it’s the cord, or the laptop itself. It’s a problem that’s been reported enough to not still be sold to consumers.

It runs great able to run some big games at a good fps but storage and ram is a bit on the low side other than that if it new to PC and dont know what to get this is ur best choice.

Underwhelming unit with very poor battery life.

Great laptop, fast too.

Only bought this for the portability that supposedly comes with owning a laptop. However the battery life is awful and it consistently drops connection on Wi-Fi every 10-15 minutes. If I wanted to be plugged into a router and a wall I would just use a desktop.

After a wait and finally receiving this gaming laptop, and help from customer service which i appreciate the help he has given i give him 5 stars, the laptop works fantastic for general research and gaming i am enjoying...

The laptop worked good, I would have been happy with it. But my big issue was when I wanted to play a game. Since it IS a gaming laptop after all. The game would shut down and the computer would restart every ten minutes or so. I haven’t had this thing for a week yet and it won’t stop. I’ve tried every troubleshoot for this issue with Acers. Apparently it’s the most common issue. But nothing worked and I shouldn’t have to dig this much for a brand new computer with only one game installed. I’m sending it back and going with a different brand.
