> 3 dayThis is the first item I have ever returned from Amazon, as you have probably seen from other reviews, a common issue is the laptop will arrive simply not turning on or charging. I was one of those people that ignored technical issues such as these because they have never happened to me. That being said: I would be careful with this one, it is packaged so loosely that it very likely bounced around during its shipping and knocked something important, when it arrived sure enough, didn’t indicate a charge, simply did not turn on. I would save your money, and get a gaming laptop from your local Best Buy instead. Depending on what you’re after, maybe even a prebuilt from your local Best Buy, or perhaps a more reputable website to order from.

> 3 daySo, I got this laptop so I could start pc gaming for the first time, and I love it so far. However, the first day of having it, Ive noticed that the charging indicator would flash orange nonstop after a full. Ive tried calibrating the battery(No flash for 2 days), battery resetting(No flash for 10 hours), unplugging the battery(No change). None of these things would get that darn light to stop flashing. So, to remedy this issue, Ive changed the battery. Low and behold, it never has flashed orange since. First thing I recommend with this laptop is change the battery ASAP for two reasons. 1. The battery life isnt very long. 2. Prevent that issue that I ran into when buying mine.(plus it lasts 4 hours longer than the one it came with.)

Greater than one weekI just opened the box and wanted to set it up but guess what! Doesnt turn on, doesnt charge, doesnt do anything. I tried numerous outlets thinking that was the problem but nope. Just a very expensive brick. Terrible quality control.

> 3 dayso that horrible feeling when you buy a laptop and get the delivery and the box seal is open...you decide to look at the condition anyway and all the screws are missing from the bottom case...yeah not fun and now I have to wait to re-order to get same deal until they get this device back as returned...so if I am lucky I will see its replacement in 2 weeks...Im a student and my PC had died and this was a replacement, this now puts me back in progress with school...

> 3 dayNice reasonably priced gaming laptop. Day after I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, I found one at a local discount freight store for 400, just lucky I guess. If I wouldn’t have found the cheaper one I would’ve been happy with this one. So as far as quality;; this laptop is great !! And even without the freight discount markdowns I would have been ok with it because it’s still a good and economical choice

> 3 dayWhen I received my Acer laptop it had what looked like a small ding in the top left corner of the screen-- to my disappointment, this meant there were very large, awful crack streaks & lines going down the side of the panel, rendering this laptop useless. Currently awaiting a refund. When I got it in the mail, the factory seal on the box was already broken, meaning this laptop may have been a refurb or previous return. Im sure this laptop may otherwise be a great model. Buyers take caution.

> 3 dayDate of purchase did not match Acer support, if they accept the proof of purchase change then i can send it off to be repaired. Seller does not offer replacement, only refund upon receipt of item. Very upset this was defective and immediatly a pain in the butt.
