Great laptop for gaming runs super smooth overall its a great laptop its just that the battery life is not very good lasting around three and a half hours.

Good laptop for playing games at medium settings at a steady 60fps on certain games. 8gb of ram is not enough though. recommend upgrading to 16gb of ram if you plan on playing games. Otherwise no issues when using it for the first time and runs great!

Excelent performance, good features for gamer mid level.

Bought this to play games with friends since GPUs are astronomically overpriced and this laptop was extremely underwhelming. The screen is very dark and the colors are so muddled and muted. I expected more from a 144hz display. The GPU could barely handle running call of duty on the lowest settings at 1080p. The biggest downfall however is the SSD storage space. I opted for this model over a more expensive model because it was cheaper to add on an addition 2.5 drive than the model with a 1tb ssd from the get go. This laptop refuses to acknowledge any SSD I plugged into it. Save your money and buy something else.

DoA ! 1 Star for now . Purchased as a Christmas gift for my child and when she opened it and we got it plugged in . It will not power on or charge . It shows no indication of charging (the light is on not when plugged in. Tried troubleshooting but none of the suggested methods I found work . I Would not recommend this product

The unit arrived dead. Plugged in the AC adapter firmly, checked cords, (we had a second AC adapter of the same specs). Power lights never lit up and the unit would not turn on.

Definitely a great upgrade from the dinosaur Ive kept alive for over 8 years. Ill admit I worry at times if the screen top half will snap at the base like the last one did or if the screen will fitz out from picking it up sometimes (its managed to shut itself down & restart just carrying it on my forearm to the kitchen while I voice-chatted with friends a couple of times), but I definitely recommend this laptop for its reliable speed & space compared to older models.
