Great system, having a back up hard drive for space is definitely needed. Overal it runs great

Do not buy. There isnt enough memory to even download games on this laptop. 2 if your lucky.

I think the legion has more of a quality feel to it. for the price, this unit is a workhorse and good spec that’ll last a few years.

I bought this item last september. It was not working upon arrival. I then contacted amazon customer service and they sent me a few suggestions which did not work. I was then sent some contact information for acer warranty service and i have been unable to get into contact with them. Now for the past 6 months I have been stuck with a laptop that is broken.

This laptop was a wonderful upgrade that I don’t regret one bit! Before this, I was using something way weaker that couldn’t get the job done at all but this laptop is good for games and more!

Ordered this computer for my sons birthday. It would not turn on despite having it plugged into the wall and confirming everything was set up properly. I reached out to the seller and did not receive a reply. I went to return the item and Im being forced to pay for shipping??? On a defective item?! On an item that was meant to be a birthday present for a child and they opened it, set it up and it did not work? And you also expect me to pay a restocking fee - for a laptop that doesnt work? This seller is engaged in preditory behavior and I demand my money back. Im happy to return the computer but I will not pay for shipping for a defective computer and I certainly wont be charged a restock fee for a computer that is TRASH and doesnt work.

I had this laptop for 3 months then it died on me I can’t reinstall windows I took it to geek squad and they said there’s no way to fix it.

Date of purchase did not match Acer support, if they accept the proof of purchase change then i can send it off to be repaired. Seller does not offer replacement, only refund upon receipt of item. Very upset this was defective and immediatly a pain in the butt.

got it and was unable to charge, and this isnt the didnt plug it in right issue that you can find, trust me, I googled a lot.

Its a really good laptop for gaming and business. Never is slow and can hold a lot of games and downloads.
