Computer was working fine until a week ago. It’s been two months and the keyboard has completely stopped working, I’ve reached out to acer twice about getting it fixed and have yet to send me any info on how to do so. It’s been two weeks not being able to use my computer. I had an Alienware gaming laptop for 10 years and never single issue, had an acer for two months and hardware is failing.

Bought June 10th. Less than 4 months later no bootable device error. Reached out to seller. Seller not providing support beyond You need to reach out to Acer repair.

I bought this laptop to replace my old gaming desktop as well as be mobile with it as I travel. It worked great right out of the box. Setup was super fast and easy! Most games I can run at ultra settings! Video editing and photo editing work just great. I id notice some lag when I had too many tabs open when Im doing research but it may be software issues on my end. I intend to add another 8 GB of memory soon and pop in a 1TB SSD soon. This laptop works great! Battery though isnt the greatest but its to be expected on a beast of a machine!

I bought this in lieu of building a gaming pc . This laptop performed well with the current games I play without too many issues. When you first get the laptop you have to go into the Graphic cards setting to allow it to use the GEforce graphics card on your games/applications otherwise it uses the main GPU which is....bad. It does run hot when playing at higher settings ~80C and the battery life is subpar to put it lightly. Overall decent for the price.

Pros: 1080p ips screen, ram and drive upgradability, gaming performance

The laptop is great for gaming. The only issue I have is the battery life. Other than that it’s a great laptop!
