> 24 hourThis laptop was fantastic except it’s GPU died after only 2 years of use. Pathetic quality.

> 24 hourMachine had a hardware issue and continuously blue-screened. Customer service was miserable and a giant waste of time.

> 24 hourThe value of this laptop cant be understated. There are no real weaknesses here. The only notable problems people may have with it are the fan noise while gaming and the lack of silent fan operation when not gaming. You wont notice the idle whirl of fans unless you are in a completely silent room with no music or headphones in play.

> 24 hourI got this refurbished -- it still had someones account on it. Not a big deal, just wiped it... but thats not what you want to see when you pay ~$1500 for a laptop. Leaves you with thoughts of malicious programs waiting to grab your personal information.

> 24 hourLove, love, love! Im not using it for gaming. Just wanted something with more power. Its so quiet, you dont know its running! Its so fast, I couldnt believe it. Love the light up keyboard and everyone about this laptop. Couldnt be happier!

> 24 hourDespite the shining review score, this is not an ideal laptop for gaming, primarily because of the overheating. Even when paired with a cooling platform, it still overheats with games that really shouldnt be overdemanding to this gaming laptop. I dont know what the deal is since google delivers a million fixes for overheating, most of which make no sense. The games Ive played that overheat this machine include Raft, Terraria, Elder Scrolls Online, and Baldurs Gate 3. My second charger just died as a result of this (same as the original) - $50 down the drain, and another $50 for a third now. Whats the point of buying a $1200 gaming laptop if you cant play games on it?

> 24 hourI have never had a gaming laptop, but this is extremely fast. I do a lot of data analysis and this is easily twice as fast as my previous laptop. I also play some games and this laptop handles them well. I even notice a major improvement while using something as simple as microsoft word. This is a great laptop and for the $1200 it cost me, it seems worth it so far. I will update if there are ANY problems.
