Machine had a hardware issue and continuously blue-screened. Customer service was miserable and a giant waste of time.

It is very good in terms of performance. However, I do want a better battery life so traded it in for a Razer Blade.

Awesome laptop. Battery life is terrible ~1.6 hours but I don’t really use it without the charger.

The value of this laptop cant be understated. There are no real weaknesses here. The only notable problems people may have with it are the fan noise while gaming and the lack of silent fan operation when not gaming. You wont notice the idle whirl of fans unless you are in a completely silent room with no music or headphones in play.

The first unit I received had a W key that would jam every time you pressed it. My replacement model had the worst backlight screen bleed I have ever seen on any IPS display. I just cant recommend a product when I am sent two lemons back to back.

This thing has juice, runs most games on either ultra, or high settings. I think it ran noisy when I got it, but just down load the nvidia setting, and turn on the quite setting, and life is good. Sometimes I use the turbo button but its loud, use headphones with it. So anyways a great machine.......I need to drop my stars sorry. The GPU crashes about 2 minutes into any game now. I loved this laptop. I had it 2 years. So I need advice against it.

The item says 512 gb of memory but mine came in with only 400 gb

After a couple of additions (2 gig Nvme and some ram) this little guy almost keeps up with my i9 10900k Alienware Aurora R11 with a 2080ti in it. I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this laptop especially for the price. I like to use it to power my Oculus Quest (use as a Rift) for PC games with Virtual Monitor and it’s done very well. It gets a little hot but I’m not friendly to it with the game settings and run everything wide open. Love having the portability of a laptop to game at work.

it is a really nice laptop for the price. It does have the option the change the colors on the keyboard.
