> 3 dayThe only thing to note about my experience is that the battery failed about 6 weeks in, I shipped for repair, they slapped another battery in, and that one failed after 2 weeks. If it’s been a while since I updated, then it stopped eating batteries.

Greater than one weekits been a week since I got it and the laptop has been working just fine, but recently I noticed a dead pixel that wont work. I tried to fix it by software or closing certain apps but it doesnt go away

> 3 dayI did a lot of research and found this was the perfect laptop for what I needed. I was excited to order it and see how great it would be. The day came when it got delivered. I opened it up, plugged it in. It is way bigger and bulkier than i thought it would be. I turn it on and immediately there is a big noticeable light bleed spot on the bottom left of the screen. Annoying, but only noticeable on darker colors. (I reached out to support, but apparently it didnt warrant a repair or replacement)

> 3 dayOpened my new laptop and booted it up. The screen was solid white and a large crack in the screen. Very upset as this was my son’s graduation gift —now needing to return it back.

> 3 dayThis laptop is a beast and I have no issues with performance. Because of this, but as should be expected: it runs hot, the fans get loud, and the battery life is atrocious (you definitely need to keep it plugged in, but that’s standard).

Greater than one weekThe display is out for this world, at this point in time gaming laptops are actually cheaper than building so I think this is a good investment!

> 3 dayI had it a week ago and tested lots of thing. I am quite satisfied with its design, build quality, and, of course, performance.

> 3 dayI really thought this would be a good value for a gaming computer. I was right for about a year. After 1 year, almost to the day I got it, it started to have problems. It started to overheat so much that my fingers got a burn. It was only a 1st degree burn though I never thought I would have to worry about that with a laptop. I It then started to shut off randomly. I thought it lost connection to the charger or it went bad so I purchased another one. That didnt fix it. Now it only works if I unplug the charger and run off battery which only lasts so long. I decided to see what Acer could do as it is their product that failed a little after a year. I wouldnt write this except Acer, told me it was out of limited warranty so I would need to pay $749.99 to get them to fix it! That is 65% the original cost! Apple support is far better which is saying a lot. It is just ridiculous and I will never get an Acer again as long as I live.

> 3 dayHonestly the system is exactly what I want. Simple gaming system I can travel with, the graphics card is better than other systems at the price, and I was able to use the internal M2 spot to install a 1TB drive. all in all Star Citizen, Doom, World of Warcraft and multiple other games are running great faster than my gaming desktop.Only downside is it is only 1080p but for the price & it is easy to overlook. and dont touch the screen it isnt touch screen.
